Our market is full of many wonderful farmers, and food vendors. Most vendors accept Food Stamps/EBT and FMNP checks for all eligible food items, as well as food plants and seeds. Please be sure to check out the This Week page to see which vendors will be at the upcoming market.

Located in Kerhonkson, NY, Acorn Hill Farm produces a variety of fresh chevre, Greek style feta, fresh ricotta, yogurt, and raw milk aged cheeses using only the milk of their small herd of organically managed dairy goats. All cheeses are handmade in small batches in the farm micro-creamery using only vegetarian rennet and, when used, organic herbs.

Kazuhiro Hidaka (Kazu) grew up on the coast of Japan in the tiny fishing village of Yakushima, searching the countryside for wild seasonal foods, After graduation from one of Japan's elite cooking schools, Kazu left Japan to travel the world, spening two years as a chef on a tuna boat, then a year bicycling across Europe and finally crossing the Atlantic to live and work in the U.S.. Products include a variety of sauces and marinades, salads, soups and spreads.

Mossy Stone Farms is a small "beyond" organic farm located in the beautiful northern Catskills. It practices as a no spray & no-till market garden and doesn't use herbicides, chemical fertilizers, or synthetic pesticides that are both harmful to the environment as well as human
health. Instead, it uses copious amounts of organically produced compost, and in some cases beneficial cover crops, cultivating 30 inch grow beds by hand, or by using small, non-biologically destructive techniques (practices that leave the soil biome undisturbed) like broad forking in the spring.

Wood & Cut is the creative collaboration of Ella and Ben Fink, newlyweds based in the Hudson Valley, New York. They make furniture and home goods from locally sourced and hand picked materials in their 19th century big red barn. Ben, the woodworker, mills and cures his wood before crafting it into furniture, cutting boards, and jewelry. Ella, the paper and textile artist, makes waxed canvas pouches, upcycled cashmere items, papercut artwork, and the occasional clothing item. The philosophy behind making products comes from their interest in preservation, recycling, and minimalism - items that will last you a lifetime.
